Some journeys take decades before they truly begin. moxxis was born out of Orthopodo Malgaroli, founded by Mario Malgaroli, who spent over 35 years advancing orthopaedics, podiatry, and biomechanics. Under his leadership, Orthopodo became one of Switzerland’s leading providers of orthopaedic care — with 80 specialists across 6 locations treating more than 25,000 patients annually. From handcrafted orthotics to complex diabetic foot care, Orthopodo set the standard for Swiss precision and trust. With moxxis, this legacy has evolved into a new era of orthopaedics — precise, fast, and accessible. By combining medical expertise with AI, dynamic gait analysis, and 3D printing, we deliver custom insoles in under an hour, with millimeter precision and consistent quality.
